Golf improvement is a marathon not a sprint.
Do you feel like you found the secret to swinging better one day, than the next you fall apart. This is because everyone is just trying to find the one secret that will make them a great golfer. This is not the case though. There is no secret, no matter how many articles you read and how many new ideas you try. There are just fundamentals.
To improve in golf you need to believe in your method, and work everyday to constantly improve your swing. Even though you might not fix your swing in an instant, you will get better over time. If you work hard at performing something in your swing now. You will need to give an 11 out of 10 effort, or what feels like an 11 out of 10 anyways. If you work hard to perform the right moves than the 11 out of 10 amount of effort will turn into a 7 out of 10 in a week or so, and a 5 out of 10 in a month, and eventually you will be performing the right fundamental with little to no effort because you will have ingrained the right feel and eliminated the wrong feel. Overall it just gets easier as you practice the right feel over a long period of time.
Most people try something new every time they go to the range. This doesn't result in any change and therefore your overall swing will not get any better. It is a marathon not a sprint. Not seeing instant results is normal. You will get better over time, not in an instant.
