A great read with great eloquence: great work! ‘In this lens, we can define a career as our current response to life. What we choose to do with our life reflects what we view as important. A truly inspiring career is one that is changing, morphing, and responding to the world in a generative way.’ –That was perfectly put. I also liked your points on “the formlessness within,” and idea that “career choices emanate” from that: I hope to remember that point for the future. Anyway, well done! I will be sure to share.
I really appreciate the kind words Mr. Garner. So glad that this piece resonated, it means a lot coming from you. That was a new formulation of what a career is. Really feel that career reflects values in a certain way but there’s also the other side of it that you’ve brought up a few times in that if you do a blue collar job then you have time to think and contemplate all day and that’s valuable too. “The formlessness within” is also something I’m deeply contemplating these days in response to the question “who am I?”
You’re very kind, my friend, and what you wrote here indeed resonated. I’m very interested on “the formlessness within” you’ve described, and I certainly hope you will write and speak on that more. You’re putting your finger on something very important.

Amazing. I deeply appreciate your feedback and take it to heart. I'll surely elaborate on how I perceive the formlessness within in future articles :)
